Many small- to mid-sized law firms do not have the need or the resources to justify specialized employed or partner counsel.  Audere can fulfill a one-time or a recurring need for corporate and securities counsel expertise.

 

Because we deliberately choose not to be a full-service firm, we will not replicate your areas of legal specialization adding efficiency to your client service.  Additionally, we will always respect your client relationships and will never solicit your clients without your express authorization.
