One of Audere's primary service areas is providing outside and in-house corporate and securities counsel services to our commercial entity clients on a part-time basis.

 

We act as general counsel for companies with no in-house legal staff or with no specialized corporate legal staff.

We are capable of handling your day-to-day corporate legal issues as well as extraordinary or infrequent corporate events, such as a financing, acquisition, or divestiture. 

 

We can also help to identify other outside legal specialists, domestically or internationally, when needed.
